Adopted Oliver on 12/23 from Petco in Kettering. I love the convenience his location afforded for the late pickup hours. It was an easy pickup after completing everything online. After a few days, I took him to a vet visit for a slight cough, common among recent adoptees. He is taking antibiotics, and the cough is gone. Adopting was a great value as well. He's neutered and has his first shots. We really love him and feel lucky he's ours. (Kitty burrito photo is first medicine dose)
Sold me a sick dog then got mad that I wouldn't pay the medical bill for it. Like they expected me to take it to a immediate doctor and pay a over 500 dollar bill. The red head was extreamely rude...treated me like the bad guy even though THEY gave me a sick dog. And I mean it was imediadently sick in the car.( thought it was motion sickness.) So kept him a day then he was throwing up more and walking weirdly and couldn't get up. I kept this dog on my lap petting him so if he died he'd wouldn't die alone. Finally they where open. Took him there they said there where no doctors to see him( i thought this dog was dying) so i asked if i gave him up would he be able to see a doctor? They said ' yes' so i was going to but then suddenly, 'oh there's a doctor he can go back now'...they also got mad
I adopted my first cat from here 8 years ago he was surrendered because he was to friendly best cat ever last month I adopted two senior cats from meowza at the Dayton mall they was passed up because of there age I felt they needed love well they have been the best loving cats this place is amazing I would recommend them to everyone
Only place I can go that my dog doesn't freak out. My dog Sadie has been going only here for years. She knows all the ladies and can't wait to get on the door. They also did the surgery that saved her life.Couldnt be more greatful for this facility. 10 stars if I could.
I went to Wild Whiskers in downtown Dayton to look at cats for adoption. Wild Whiskers is what I would call a healthy food store for dogs and cats. Very interesting , and treats. Mariah was the employee there, and she helped me complete the adoption of a cat, and I was on my way home in 35-40 minutes. Dayton Humane sent me an attachment via text, where I completed the agreement, and paid in fool. It was streamline, and convenient. I was very impressed! PS. The cat had her shots, was spayed, tested for FIV, and given a worn preventative. She was also chipped. A very low fee for all of that!
