I really can not say enough about how wonderful and caring all the staff is here. We have trusted them for years now from cats to dogs. The services they provide is top notch. The vets here are truthful, honest and very caring. I would absolutely bring in my beloved 4 legged family members to them.

We did an adoption application online, so when we arrived we were able to sign in and go back and meet some furry friends. Our visit today was supposed to just be window shopping, but the amazing staff. Which was a mix of volunteer and what I think full time were extremely helpful. We currently already have a dog, but were interested in a cat. So every question I had they were able to answer and help us find a furry friend that would fit us. During our visit, we fell in love with a cat named James Dean. Since we don’t have any cat items. They did allow us to put a 1 hour hold on him while we go pick up items to make our home cat friendly. I’m not sure if that was the norm or not, so cation that they may not always give that option. Oct_31_2025 My wife and I bring our cat here all the time for nail trims. $20 for a cat nail trim. Staff is always great and very nice. 👍👍👍👍👍😎😎😎😎😎😁😁😁😁😁. They are a little bit farther to drive to but completely worth it. The clinic is separate from adoption completely different hours.

So i had a horrible experience, i filled out an application online and called before ( to not waist no one’s time ) for a dog i was interested in . I was told the dog would have a surgery and would be a cleared , so we agreed on waiting till Saturday to get him giving him time to recover. Was told to be on the lookout of when he would be available on the weekend and it was first come first serve Due to the storm we weren’t able to go till Tuesday ( since all the family had to be there ,and having all the kids from school and my fiancé from work ). We were told we wouldn’t need anything since we had previous been approved to adopt. I forgot my license and had to do 1:40 min back to the house to get it and the 1:40 back ! When we finally got back there , we got to finally seen our chosen dog

I used to recommend this shelter all the time to people and have a cat from their shelter still with me. Sadly, after how I was treated last time I put in for a cat I was told I was “put on the red list” for returning a set of kittens “you are supposed to take 2” and lastly a senior cat that did not work well with my other cats. I loved her so much and didn’t want to return her, but with how things were even after trying to work through them, the girl I was openly communicating with at the shelter agreed that a different home may be better suited for her. I asked if this would affect me being able to adopt in the future and she assured me that I had nothing to worry about as things don’t always go the way we hope they do.
