HSNT Keller Regional Adoption Center

I visited HSNT Keller on 06/14/25 after keeping an eye on a sweet 4-month-old kitten named Darcy for a couple of weeks on their website. As soon as I arrived, I asked if she was still available—and thankfully, she was! Jess and Maddie were welcoming and set me up in a room to meet her. She was shy at first, but quickly started playing, and after 30–40 minutes together, I knew she was meant to come home with me. As a first-time cat dad, I had a lot of questions—especially around pet insurance. Tiffany, one of the kind volunteers, guided me through the whole process. The system had some hiccups, but we had fun figuring it out together. She even walked with me to my car and helped me carry Darcy out, which was such a sweet gesture. We adopted a sweet rabbit from here a few weeks ago. The employees were kind, friendly, and you could tell they really cared about the animals. This boy has been a wonderful addition to our family and is so loved.

I've adopted two dogs from HSNT Keller and they have been wonderful pets. I don't ever regret our decisions. The facility is clean and tidy and the staff is always so friendly, helpful, and quick to serve. The adoption price is reasonable and the staff is relatively educated on the dogs and their needs.

We have adopted 2 cats now from this location. They made the process so easy and were really patient while we looked around. You can see the employees there really care about the animals. Our new kitties are bffs.

I love the fact that their web side shows pictures of all the different animals they have ready to find a forever home. When we went to adopt our sweet guinea pigs they let us know that they transport them all around to different shelters so those that are farther away & see a pet they want can have the opportunity to adopt them. We missed out on 2 other guinea pigs we wanted to adopt cause of this, but I'm positive that they too found their forever home. Please meet and welcome Bacon and Waffles our 2 sweet girls
