It was my first time here and having a new puppy. I. And because of the good reviews from others and I have to say there was NO disappointment. The staff were friendly and greeted you as you came in. They offered snacks and drinks. The assistant was very knowledgeable and good with handling my puppy. She explained things well and had good interactions both with me and my pet. The Dr was really nice she explained things took her time and did a thorough examination. The place was clean and roomy. Did not smell like animals at all. I would definitely recommend to go here

Great vet. Gentle and caring with my scaredy cat. Listened to my concerns and took the time to discuss options and come up with a plan to get my older cat back to health. Reasonably priced and didn’t push any unnecessary tests or medications.

I cannot say enough great things about this office. I found them by chance, after two different vets were unable to accurately diagnose my sick kitty. Dr. Daugette was able to figure out what was wrong and even though it wasn’t the outcome we wanted, she helped our boy stay as comfortable as possible until the end. The compassion from everyone in this office is astounding, and now that we have adopted a new little kitty there was no other vet that we would choose. This office has made lifelong customers from us!

A huge shoutout to this facility and their staff as we had our first visit today with our new puppy as first time pet owners and they knocked it out of the park! Within one hour I had called to ask if they were able to see our pup, we got to the office and were directly led to the patient room, she received her examination, medicine, and we were back at home! They explained the medication, why each item would be necessary, and even explained the voluntary options in case we had anything we wanted to add to help our pup relax at home. I would recommend CityVet in Keller to anyone!

The Staff and Dr. Daugette are wonderful. The facility is clean and new. Nobody wants to go to the vet but they made the whole experience fantastic, from the easy online appointment, the thorough diagnosis, compassionate treatment of our beloved dog, to the entire customer service experience in general, they hit it out of the ballpark. They pass the litmus test and I believe they put animals first.
