Im new to the neighborhood and found Jennifer and Howliday on Yelp. I just had my golden doodle’s Summer cut done and it is terrific! My dog had a full Winter coat before the cut and came out looking, smelling and feeling great and the attention to detail was top notch. Jennifer was also very nice to deal with on the phone when booking and in-person at the appointment. Excellent groomer based on my experience!

I specialize in adopting senior dogs with special needs. Jen is my go to for everything pet related. She has worked with three of my babies, and they have always been given the best care. She helped me get my beagle, Link's overgrown nails back in shape. I met my wonderful soft-coated wheaten terrier/chow chow mix who was diabetic and epileptic because another one of Jens clients had to rehome him after a death in the family. She gave him beautiful hair cuts both before I adopted him and after. When those two crossed the rainbow bridge, Jen was heartbroken too and extended her condolences. I now have a senior beagle, Gunnar, with severe separation anxiety who has been boarded with Jen a couple times. Jen has also given him a couple baths/nail trims for me. 100,000,000,000,000% recomm

I had an unusual experience. I was given a drop off time as well as a pick time and in both the drop off and pick up I had to wait for several minutes which I found kind of odd. The grooming is also performed out of in house which I understand is for personal use, but it does feel quite unusual to not be able to see the conditions that my dogs are being groomed in . Additionally, both of my dogs which weight less than 15 pounds were blotchy and not evenly cut. Not something I'd expect from a professional groomer. But the most disappointing part was that my boy dog that had a very beautiful bushy tail has his tail completely butchered off all the way down to the cartilage without anyone asking how we wanted it cut and because of these reasons I would not recommend nor will I be going bac

I was so happy to find Jennifer!! I took my wire haired silky dachshund there for the first time yesterday. I was not disappointed!! He looked great when I picked him up! He was happy and not stressed! Thank you Jennifer!! We will see you again!!

The groomer does a fantastic job with our three dogs, one of whom is super squirmy. She is very patient and calm with the dogs. Her work is meticulous and consistent -- the dogs look great and smell great! She comes to the house so that the dogs are comfortable and do not have to spend hours in an unfamiliar environment. They clean up with their own vacuum afterwards. The prices are reasonable, and when I've needed to shift an appointment, they are accommodating. I highly recommend them.
