Houston BARC Animal Shelter

What is the purpose of BARC? The stray animal problem in Houston and the surrounding suburbs is out of control. They don’t do enough to help the animals on the streets or the people that genuinely care about animals who are doing their job. Why should tax payers fund BARC and why should the public donate money to BARC if they don’t seem to help the problem? How many times have I reported animal cruelty or stray dogs and they never seem to help or care! They seem to be good at one thing and one thing pocketing money and putting animals down.

They say they are not a non kill animal shelter well I read on Facebook they are they even put a 9 week old puppy on the kill list this isnt right this dogs was put on this earth by God 9 weeks ago and they want to take that away them no I dont believe in killing these dogs just take them to a rescue who can find home for these animals you dont have the right to kill these animals.
