I absolutely do not recommend this place. We took our sick dog here with what I suspected was diabetes. I was correct, it was diabetes. We were quoted $160 for blood work and $85 for the visit. We got there and the price went to $225 for blood work, $85 for the visit. By the time we left add a nausea med, some fluids, and to test his urine. (Sure, if they think that’s NEEDED, fine.) This visit cost us $600 real quick. They then wanted us to send him somewhere over night for another $1,500!!! Absolutely not. When we left we were assured we could call Monday and come in so the vet could show us how to administer his insulin correctly. We call, now she is no longer available to show us today (Monday). And on top of that, she wants another$118 just to show us how to administer his insulin. She
Vet personnel are great from receptionist desk to check out Vet is very thorough During their hours of shut down In October and November of this year 2025 our cat had spent time in other er animal hospitals. Due to diabetic issues Asked both locations - wild wood and Manchester to send all records of treatment to House Springs Animal Clinic 25th of November our cat had his yearly check up and thanks to all records sent the vet didn’t skip a beat Not only did they perform the annual checkup they did a follow up from the other places to compare results To this day our cat is doing great Been going to House Springs Animal Veterinary clinic for years With our Cocker spaniel and our border collie mix may they rest in peace 100% recommend
I can’t say enough to express how grateful I am to the staff at this clinic. EVERYONE was so kind, gentle and patient with my rescue dog, Audrey. We are telling everyone we know how happy we are with this veterinary clinic.
Our experience was absolutely wonderful! They took the time to listen to our concerns and provided multiple treatment options that best suited our furbaby. Highly recommend.
Dr. Szatkowski is amazing. Her wealth of experience and expertise have been valuable to our family. The entire staff is top-notch.
