In October 2014 I went to House of Floors and was greeted by Terri. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in picking out and ordering my carpet. A few days later the owner came to my house to take measurements. He was so nice and gave me some ideas for where my floor met the carpet. He also gave me a discount on ripping out the old carpet. A few days later 2 carpet installers came to remove and install the carpet. They were so fast and when they ripped up the old flooring, they swept up and made sure there was no dirt or nails left before they put down the new padding and carpet. They were very friendly and when they left you couldn't even tell they had been there. They took every cutting, the padding and left my room looking perfect. I highly recommend the House of Floors.

What a great experience buying carpet from these folks! They had a great selection to choose from and extremely helpful sales people. Installation was super fast and they did a quality job! I wanted new tile for my laundry room, so I decided to try House of Floors. Mike, the owner, came over and measured my laundry room floor, and 2 days later one of his workers, Ralph, came over and installed new vinyl tile. Ralph did a great job and my new floor looks great.

Super disappointed with their customer service! The first appointment we had for them to come out and quote us for a carpet reinstall they stood us up! We chalked it up to the holidays and it getting over looked. We called again and they called the day they were supposed to come out and said they weren’t going to. They wanted to just quote us over the phone and set up an install day. As we’re going thru the information the lady says “can you explain exactly what the situation is because if it’s a cluster my guys will just walk out” EXCUSE ME! That is so rude. We waited on you and that’s how you’re going to talk to customers. Just ridiculous. Don’t waste your time
