Hound Dog Pet Hotel - West

We cannot say enough good things about this boarding facility! Our kitten Jesse was truly the star of the show, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was loved on the entire time we were away. I’m definitely a helicopter mom when it comes to my pets, but the daily updates and adorable photos completely put my nerves at ease. You can tell they genuinely care—our little guy was so happy and relaxed when we picked him up, which says everything. We were so impressed with the level of attention and comfort he received that we made another reservation right away!

I was very nervous about having to board my 2 year old, 7lbs Yorkie Gemma for the first time. I called to check on her to see how she was getting along with the staff being that she is very very shy. The staff was very reassuring that my baby girl was doing good and they told me exactly how they were handling her shy behavior. I was very relieved to know I made the right choice in choosing Hound Dog Hotel West in Chaska!! I will definitely be taking her there in the future and hopefully even for doggy daycare too! Our Rosie pup loves to go to Hound Dog west! As soon as we turn the corner she gets soooo excited. The app is super convenient and the grooming is fabulous for our doodle.

Wonderful people watching our Frankie and Buddy! They always make sure I have supplied the correct amount of food and medications! And we can see them on cameras in the play yard 👍

My cavapoo Daisy loves hound dog hotel West, she has so much fun running with other dogs her size. The cameras are such a great way to see your dog while you are away. The staff is so nice and caring and truly care about the dogs!!!
