Such a kind and compassionate clinic. Prompt and lovely well visits for my pup and navigated us through a difficult time with our ill cat. Drs. Doug and Laura care deeply for critters and explain things in a clear way. You feel a partner in the process of caring for your pet.

Dr Doug is the best.. So thankful for him and his staff. She was having seizures he got them to stop thank God. But are other vet and Douglas told us there's nothing they can do and not even bother to come down. But they had seen her in Douglas two times before this. Long story short doctor Doug is amazing and helped us very much. Very very caring and explain everything to us in great detail. Amazing doctor very much appreciate you Dr Doug. The Cops. If you have an urgent care issue with your pet, this is the place you need to go. We called multiple other vet offices in Casper when our Min Pin started losing consciousness almost 7-8 times a day. Not ONE of them could see her on short notice. Hound and Katt took her in immediately. They spent HOURS on her- along with phone consults to specialists in Colorado- and provided a level of service I thought no longer existed. After analyzing her situation, they started her on a round of steroids, directly contradictory to a vet in Bozeman- and she improved almost immediately. As of the day I am typing this, she has been in for two follow-ups and blood tests, and is almost back to normal. We will be forever grateful to EVERYONE at Hound and Katt. Nugget thanks you too.

We moved to Casper about 3 years ago and decided to try out this office for our cat, Mewy. I'm so glad we chose this vet! Laura was so kind and gentle with our kitty. He was quite old and had medical issues. She always explained all our options and was supportive in our decisions. Last week, we had to bring Mewy in for his last visit and I can't tell you how kind she and the whole staff were to us and to him. I'm grateful she was the one to help him drift off and that we got to be with him until the end. We will definitely go back to this office when we are some day blessed with a new fur baby.
