I stopped in today to grab dog food and had such a great experience thanks to Elias at the front registers. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made checkout seamless and even took the time to share helpful info about my points and the app. Excellent customer service like this truly stands out and Elias is a fantastic representative of this PetSmart location!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went into PetSmart for a quick look around and was really impressed with how friendly the staff was! I’m thinking about getting another dog and cat soon, so I stopped in to check out supplies. They had a great selection of toys, treats, and essentials. Thanks for being so awesome — I’ll definitely be back!

This store is really dynamic, with great employees ... Yet for me, the biggest draw remains their fantastic ($15/$20) "Tag Maker".

Very disappointed with the grooming department. They had our standard poodle for over 4 hours and when we went to pick her up the cut wasn't even and her stomach/chest was missed. I brought her back in to have them fix her and they had her another hour. She still isn't done well, her feet, legs, head, chest, and pretty much all over are uneven and done very poorly. Save your $100 and do not use their grooming.

Super friendly staff and very helpful when it comes to needing the right product for your animal. Recommend place to go.
