I don't have a bad word to say about this vet they were amazing with mine and my boyfriend's cat he was very comforting when he talked to our fur baby and he had a awesome sense of humor the other doctor that was there also Dr Hersey was amazing also with our boy Baxter may he rest in peace now I want to thank you guys for being amazing with him and trying everything that you could definitely will go back to you if we ever get another fur baby thank you again.

My cat Tobi had his first visit as a new client with Dr. Hersey. I'm extremely impressed and happy that she has Tobi's best interest at heart and exploring different options for him as he is a complex kitty . Staff very friendly, helpful. So overall very satisfied.

They let my dog go well before she should have after being spayed. She was still essentially drugged up on anesthetic when I picked her up. Then another time when we called and asked for a renewal on our cat's prescription food we were basically told to go find another vet in our area. Sure, we had moved down south a little ways, but even after explaining that we had family and reasons to come back up to PI on a regular basis the owner and his wife told us "that's stupid, just find someone down there." The nursing staff is great and I don't doubt their capabilities nor their compassion for animals, but the owner and his wife just seem to be in it for the money. We're back up here in the area now and will never bring our animals here again.

First, I want to mention that the entire staff at Hotham’s Veterinary Services in Presque Isle are absolutely amazing and we are so incredibly grateful for you all! Dr. Hersey is our vet and she is one of the most kind and caring veterinarians I have ever met and our dogs love her! Her knowledge (I also appreciate her holistic side), professionalism, kindness and compassion is incredibly appreciated. We have seen many veterinarians in our long history of living with pets and Dr. Hersey is by far the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with. RAISES for everyone! lol

Very good staff and they are amazing with our pets. Zeus is having heart problems and they were very clear about the costs of his treatment before proceeding in order to make sure we were OK it. The pics aren't great since he was mad at me for taking him to the vet.
