Hotel Kira - The Dog Villa

LOVE Hotel Kira and Steffi! Best part is my puppy also loves it. It has been a safe place for her to learn how to interact with other dogs. It has made her behavior at home better. After she was comfortable with day play, she stayed a week while we traveled for my daughter's college graduation. Knowing there was a person looking out for her best interest and not hourly workers standing around on their phones, I was able to exhale and enjoy the trip without worry. We still go every week for a play day because she enjoys it so much!

Absolutely love Hotel Kira! Steffi has been caring for my puppy several times a week since October, and it's clear my pup adores her time there. We've recently started training with Hotel Kira too, and it's noticeably helped sooo much! I always know my girl is safe, loved, and having a blast! Hotel Kira has been taking care of our dog since she was a puppy. We don’t know what we would do without them, and have been a major contributor to our dog’s development and socialization. With them, you get what you pay for, as they offer a home-like environment for your dog. Your pet is treated like a member of their family, and given significant individual attention during their time there. The dogs have a secured outside area to play, and inside are essentially free to cuddle up on a couch or a dog bed next to their friends. The pick-up/drop-off service if offered is very convenient to have. They are great about last minute accommodations, and overnight stays. Steffi and her team have been such a huge blessing in both my life and my dogs’, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without them. Steffi loves every single dog as if they were her own, giving tons of individual attention and affection. My dog absolutely loves going to Hotel Kira! He goes once a week and has gained so much more confidence around other dogs since starting. Steffi treats him like one of her own and is always so responsive and caring. The pickup and drop-off service is super convenient, and I always know he’s in great hands.
