Maddie and Destiny were amazing! We just moved to the city and immediately looked for a grooming place for our fur babies. This one is only 4 minutes from our house, which is super convenient, and the great reviews convinced me to book an appointment online, and it was so easy to do :) My dogs had been with the same groomer for two years, so I was a little nervous about how they’d react to someone new, but Maddie and Destiny did an incredible job making them feel comfortable. Their haircuts were clean and exactly how I wanted them, and the scarves and ribbons were so adorable! 🐶🎀 They even gave me photos after the grooming session and a little “report card” for each of my fur babies, which was such a cute touch. I highly recommend this place! ♥️ Thank you, guys!

Before and After photos included: If you want your pup to have the safest, cleanest, and best experience during their grooming session then come to this place. This is my 4 month old bernedoodle and it was his first time going to get groomed. I was picky about which place to take him to because I wanted him to have a really good first experience. I first called and I was treated so kindly. Their customer service is top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable and cautious about the safety for all animals that go into their shop which I find to be a green flag. Overall, my pup looked super excited when he was done and calm during the car ride home which was so comforting. They gave me a report card with his grooming session information which was so cute and an adorable bandana on him. Madd

Hot Diggity Dog Resort is my go-to place for grooming, and Priscilla is the reason why. She always provides exceptional service, and my dog comes out looking and feeling great every time. I really appreciate how gentle and attentive she is, and the grooming report card after each groom are such a thoughtful addition. They give me peace of mind and show the level of care she puts into every visit. I couldn’t recommend Priscilla and Hot Diggity Dog Resort enough!

Took our pup for her first groom after we adopted her. I was nervous as she is a rescue and has separated anxiety. Our groomer came out, sat with us, talked me through what we signed up for and what she suggested. The whole team made the pup feel safe and at ease. We even got a little report card when I picked her up. Thank you! Update 12-21-2024 This place still keeps up amazing work and has a wonderful staff. They surprised us with holiday photos of our pup. THANK YOU! It is the little things like this that have a big impact.

Love how much fun our puppy has playing at doggy daycare. We love the photos we receive, the “pawgress” reports we receive at the end of the day & the video cameras available if we wanted to check in. Top notch doggy daycare 🐶We had our puppy trained by the store owner, Penny. She really knows her stuff & takes pride in ensuring her staff does too 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Gets 5 out of 5 paw review
