I had my first visit with Dr. Teresa Colegrave at Hope Veterinary Group, and I truly can’t say enough good things. From start to finish, everything was a great experience. Booking the appointment was easy, the nurses who assisted were so personable and kind, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. I never once felt rushed, judged, or pressured, which is something I’ve unfortunately experienced at other vet offices. Dr. Colegrave herself was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. You can immediately tell that she truly loves animals and also treats her staff with kindness and respect, which speaks volumes. I hesitated to tell you how good they are in case that effects my ability to get in. But, if you care about your pet you need to go to the best. Hope Vet is awesome. They have saved me from less than good advice more than 1 time. We have 3 dogs and they are well taken care of here. Most important they take the time to listen to you, the one who spends the most time with your little buddies. All in all. We are very happy with the care we are given.

My cat Simba wasn’t feeling well, and after calling multiple clinics, I was getting nowhere — either no callbacks or appointments weeks away. I explained that it wasn’t an emergency, but I was concerned, and everywhere else suggested an ER visit that would’ve easily cost me thousands just for basic tests. When I called Hope Veterinary Group, the front desk gentleman was so kind and understanding. He told me he could fit Simba in the same day if I could get there soon — which already made me feel relieved. When I arrived, the office was clean, quiet, and welcoming. He quickly signed us in, and we didn’t have to wait long before the vet tech came in — a wonderful, calming Polish lady who made Simba feel instantly comfortable. They are magnificent, very informative and friendly. The facility is very clean and the staff is well informed as well as the Dr’s, they sit down and explain everything to you that’s best for your fur baby, not just try to solicit things that your pet doesn’t need to get more money. They even give goodies and perks as new pet patients, but the best part is Mrs Cora she is such a delightful funny lady, from the first phone intake, to actually meeting her in person. I think she’s the sunshine that makes Hope Veterinarians even better!! I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies to Hope!!

They are excellent, and friendly. My 15 year old maltese,Dakota, was their patient for a couple of years and they were great to us. Whenever we needed anything they were very responsible and fast. The receptionists are accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies to Hope!!
