I'm a bit biased because I'm a volunteer. This place is amazing filled with WONDERFUL people who LOVE animals. Animals are one of the most abused populations and Hoof Wood & Meow does its BEST to serve them. Please check them out if you are interested in pet adoption!!!

We adopted Foxie (Lady Godiva) two and a half years ago and just recently adopted her son Harry (Nestle) who was returned 2 years after his first adoption. The process was thorough, but understandable because adoption should be a lifetime’s commitment. We appreciate how HWMAR cares for their animals and just wants the best for them. It took a little patience and time, but the two are never without each other. They are definitely home! HWMAR is an amazing rescue. For reference… mama Foxie is the small one 😂❤️

We actually adopted our dog during the pandemic because my husband would be home teaching and he would be able to spend more time with the new puppy. We adopted Scotch because he was part of the back to school liter. We thought it was fitting because my husband is a teacher. The process was flawless. They made it so easy right from the beginning with the paperwork up to the time of pick up. The best part was that Scotch was living with his foster family and they had already begun crate training also potty trained him. We brought him home when he was only about 2.5 months old and now he’s going to be 2 this June. We are so glad we choose to adopt with HW&M. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking to adopt.

We are forever grateful to hoof Woof for bringing us our dog who is a core part of our family. The volunteers and staff who work there are incredible people who do a great job matching families with animals that are a great fit!
