Homeward Animal Shelter

Homeward is a truly exceptional organization. The staff, volunteers, and foster families are some of the most compassionate individuals I've encountered. Their dedication, love, and passion for their work is evident in everything they do. You can immediately see the genuine care and compassion they have for every animal that comes through their doors, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure each one receives outstanding care. It takes remarkable people to do this work, and Homeward is fortunate to have an entire team of such individuals. Thank you all for the incredible work you do. I have adopted 4 cats from Homeward over the years, and about to adopt a 5th. (I lost one to FLV). The staff are honest about their quirks and idiosyncrasies, which tells me they want them going to homes where they will be a good match. They genuinely care about the welfare and wellbeing of their animals. I support Homeward with money and donations because they have provided me with the best cats I could imagine. My home is happy and filled with love thanks to Homeward and the cats I’ve adopted from them. Four is a lot, but I can’t imagine life without the gang.

The process of working with Homeward Animal Shelter was a total pleasure. It took one day for them to go over our request and get back to us with a positive response. An appointment was set for the following day at which time we were allowed to bring the cat . Not only was it a very simple procedure,but because I am a disabled veteran the adoption fee was cut in half. Good people well adjusted animals made the entire process a pleasure.
