Great people here the front counter girls are very helpful and friendly the vet tec was awesome and the vet was super kind and did everything she could to help my little Kiki. After a few days of medicine she is back to being a happy little dog thanks again.

Thank you for helping Louis! He was in bad pain and we wouldn't have been able to get him care without the loving people here!!!

Dr Hendricks is a nice lady but she could have saved my puppy today. He had an infection in his intestines. Not an obstruction. All he needed was meds and an iv. Instead they turned me away. I wouldn't get my paycheck for 4 days so thay all thought that was a good reason to let my puppy die. He was 1 yr old. They did a payment plan before and it was all paid on time. However this time when his life was on the line it wasn't OK. I am so disgusted with people who pretend to care. Idk what the nurses name was but she kept saying how much they are trying to help but never helped at all just turned me away and he died. For a place that is supposed to help animals to turn them away and allow this kind of behavior is despicable. They wanted 500 just to look at him. If they cared enough to at

On December 17th I took my 13-year-old fur baby to Hometown animal Hospital. Dr. Jessica came into the room and she started with you. Tell me what your concerns are and she gave me at least or maybe even more a half an hour to talk even though the waiting room was full of other patients! And then when it was her turn to tell me what her professional experience opinion was, she explained to me also in great detail what I was facing and dealing with! And so sadly, the next day, my Benny, was schedule for euthanizing. That day turned out to be one of the hardest days of my life. Only Dr. Jessica made it tolerable for me. I'm disappointed to say we tried this place with our 13-year-old shih Tzu that was having issues eating we found out her kidneys were not working the best at that time the doctor should have recommended fluids she didn't she was struggling on trying to figure out anything it was not very confident she did an x-ray assumed it was something but it wasn't we took her to our regular vet when we got home they gave her fluids she started feeling better but we didn't end up losing her I would not recommend this vet they sent us back home with our dog and a hefty bill with no answers and dehydrated
