Puppy Fades did a great job with my girl, who has some special needs. David, Iris and the Homeboy crew are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and fantastic from start to finish. An awesome place that I highly recommend. Pasadena is lucky to have such an incredible, positive team in the community!

We took our 6 month old 55 pound puppy who can be a handful in for his first groom. He came out in love with Luis and behaved so sweetly and was not stressed at all. Thanks to Luis who also made our little guy look so spiffy and for the first time in months not smell like the gross puppy he is inside. Booking was easy. Front desk ladies were so so nice. Truly 10/10 experience. We know we will be back for his next grooming.

I took my senior dog in for a bath and a tidy trim (face, paws, sanitary). They did an awesome job and quickly (2hours). I love that you can see into the grooming room, great windows. Kind, gentle and great work! Great cause on top of it all. I’ll definitely be back.

I took my dog here for the first time today, and I am so happy with the service. It’s a beautiful clean new facility, and the staff are so warm and welcoming, and they made my nervous little pup feel so at ease. The groomer suggested having fun and adding some color to her mohawk, and I said go for it - and I’m absolutely in love with the final result! Plus, my dog smells great, is super clean, and has a perfect haircut for the summer. This will definitely be our new go to spot! I’ll always happily support a Homeboy establishment, I can’t recommend Puppy Fades enough.

Unhappy with the service. I understand my dog had some parts of her coat matted but I specifically stated that I did not want to come back to pick her up and she would be a completely different dog. If the groomer felt that's the only thing he could do, I highly suggest they call the owner and let them know that's the last resort. Also, I was charged an additional $100 for cutting off her coat.Total cost $250. I was never warned of this additional cost until I picked her up. I did not appreciate the groomer laughing/giggling the whole time while speaking to him. Never will I be back again.
