Staff is so friendly and helpful from the moment you enter the reception area right though the completion of the exam. The tech staff is knowledgeable and customer focused. The Dr spent time with us ...loving up our dog and listening to all our concerns and questions. Never felt rushed.

Best vet in CT! The office staff is friendly and caring. The doctors are timely, patient, caring, and thorough. You aren't rushed through the appointment and your concerns are addressed. They also have exits from the exam room to the outside so it limits the stress your dog may feel passing by other dogs. Great experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for a yearly checkup and shots. I had a concern so I called ahead. The person who answered, asked good questions and then rescheduled my dog for a little later when the doctor would have a little more time. I also appreciate that the meds that were needed were available on the spot.

We are so lucky to have found this vet office. The providers are so caring and have the best bedside manners. My dog actually gets excited to see everyone. They are always quick to diagnose and the office staff is also super responsive.
