Choice Pet - Trumbull

Self bath for my 38 lb dog is a godsend. No bending over, no trying to hold her in the tub (there is a leash attached to the wall). Shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, blow dryer are provided. NO CLEAN UP! NO CLEAN UP!

I’ve been coming here for years! Great selections close to home. Always fully stocked with everything I need in a pinch. Great deals after continuous purchases.

Unfortunately, on August 30, 2025, I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of an employee named Chris. I have been a frequent customer at this store and typically spend at least $100 per visit. On a previous visit, my puppy had an accident in the store. I immediately apologized and offered to clean it, but Chris refused. Today, upon seeing me enter, he immediately confronted me with hostility. He made inappropriate remarks about my dog, including saying that he should not be allowed in the store, that he was “insane,” and that I needed to train him better. His behavior escalated to the point of trying to prevent me from entering the store, and later, he even cursed at my husband. We truly enjoy this store and have always received

Clean place and friendly staff! Love their facility to clean/ shower my big fur baby.

Very clean, well maintained pet store. We love that they have a dog wash station with all of the necessities. The reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because prices are expensive.
