I would like to start with HOLY FAMILY VET and their staff saved my dog’s life. I have had my 11 year old German Shepherd, Bruce Wayne, since he was 10 weeks old. During the week of Christmas he suddenly started feeling bad. He wouldn’t eat or go to the bathroom. After a couple days we realized something was wrong. Jan 1 we took him to an emergency vet in Jupiter. The prices were astronomical so we were unable to do more than a $160 visual inspection. We ended up getting an appointment at the nonprofit, Paws to Help. They did an Xray and saw something was lodged in Bruce’s small intestine. They referred us to HOLY FAMILY VET for next steps. After going over options such as X-rays, ultrasounds, and surgery we decided to do the “exploratory surgery.” This was not an easy decision to come

Our end-of-life experience with Holy Family Vet was devastating. To be clear, we believe Dr. O’Connor is a good man and a great veterinarian and thank him personally for his compassion in handling Gomez’s treatment while he was alive. However, there are serious issues with his staff and the level of oversight and accountability within the clinic. What compounded our grief was the Veterinary Tech’s inexcusable NEGLIGENCE in handling Gomez’s remains. We paid for private cremation and explained — multiple times — that we had kept Gomez’s twin brother Pugsly’s ashes for three years so that they could be buried together. We were fortunate to have Gomez in our lives for 13 years. It was deeply important to our family and part of our grieving process. After two weeks of waiting to have Gome

I would personally like to say thank you to the Holy vet clinic because my cat Neptune had pyometra a couple months ago and everywhere else wanted an arm and a leg to do the surgery , but over here their price was very reasonable and affordable. And Neptune was good afterwards, but I would like to say that my cat wasn't given the best life choices when she was born because she was blind partially deaf and had a seizure disorder. And after a few months from her surgery, she got sicker and I had to put her down and when I came here, they were super nice and kind to me and my cat they cleaned the small carrier brought in (she peed in it). They we're so gentle. I'd honestly recommend this place to anyone who would need to go to a vet. Thank you again once more <3

If your dog has an ear hematoma, don’t panic if it takes a few tries to fix! My beagle, Cody, had one that took three drainings and constant bandaging over a month. I was so upset with the vet at first, but I learned from research, after my other dog got it, that these are super tricky and often refill. We used a 'no-ear-flap' head wrap, prednisone, and pain meds, and finally, it healed! I think it was caused by them shaking their heads with their ears out the car window (like a wrestler getting a 'cauliflower ear' from hitting the mat). It can also be caused by ear infections, which I usually treat, but this was probably from the car trips. Anyway, I wanted to apologize to my vet for being stressed out. They were right all along! I totally recommend them for their expertise and care.

I went to a vet in Port St Lucie my cat had a growth on his face. They couldn't do ANYTHING until they ran $3,500 worth of tests. I turned down the tests so they gave him some antibiotics which turned out extremely weak which semi alleviated one possiblity (Infection, Fungus. Cancer). So I came to Holy Family they agreed on the antibiotics but prescribed him a much stronger does. Second cheaper option being having some teeth extracted that could have been impacted. The antibiotics sadly didn't help a lot so I scheduled the teeth extraction. I dropped him off but they didn't even go forward with what I had authorized payment for. They called us and diagnosed his condition as an aggressive cancer with an extremely bad prognosis. I made the decision to let my buddy go which hurts really bad b
