I can't thank Hollywood Feed enough for helping us this week. This was the absolute BEST place to go to when shopping for our brand new puppy! The employees were so helpful and kind. This is the first puppy for my boys and the first dog I've had in almost 20 years! They gave me great advice on everything from food to potty training. We received a new puppy checklist and coupons. They had everything we needed to welcome our new baby. We under estimated how small our baby would be and luckily, they have a great refund/ exchange policy because there's no way the harness I selected will fit his baby body. We're keeping the toys though- he will grow into those, and they are excellent quality, even if we didn't realize he'd only be 3 lbs! We have cats and regularly shop at the big box Pet stor

I have always shopped at Hollywood Feed locations since I’ve moved to this area but this location in particular is one of the best, in my opinion. They are always full stocked and have never run out of my essentials for the 7 pets I have at home. The associates are always super kind, making sure I’m finding what I need! The manager, Carla, has always quickly and swiftly answered any questions I’ve had. I take my three dogs to get groomed here as well, and they always go above and beyond. Both Syd and Tori stay in constant contact throughout the grooming process to let me know how my babies are doing, as well as any suggestions they have regarding the groom. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Hollywood Feed in Little Elm, Texas. Carrie, the manager, is the definition of caring and passionate. She is consistently kind, patient, and incredibly supportive, especially with someone like me who tends to ask a lot of questions. Her knowledge and genuine heart for both pets and their people is evident in every interaction. I’ve been a customer of Hollywood Feed in Frisco on Legacy for ages, but I had to visit the Little Elm location to exchange some snow boots that the other stores didn’t have. So, this was my first time in the store, and just like any Hollywood Feed, I was greeted right away. Similar to my experience at other Hollywood Feed locations, I wouldn’t lift a finger while I was there because the store clerks are so attentive. You don’t even have to ask for help; they’re there to assist you as soon as you walk in. It was just like what I’ve experienced at the Hollywood Feed in Frisco and the Hollywood Feed in Plano.
