Hollywood Feed

This is our favorite store !! They have the best treats (esp rabbit ears !!), great dog beds and they are always so nice.

The people who work here are amazing, going way beyond what would be “the norm”. They’re very friendly, customer focused, and are truly aware and care about the customers - both human and dog. I let them know I was recovering from surgery, as was my dog, and had a specific request where the dog food should be left on the porch. I happened to be in the foyer when they arrived, and the person very kindly refused to let me carry the 30lb bag of food downstairs. Later, when I went to feed my dog, I saw a note taped to the bag from the staff, saying they hoped I felt better soon. There was also a small bag of additional food for my dog, as a treat . I am telling you… These people ARE AMAZING!

The staff are extremely helpful and enthusiastic here. They not only tell you where something is but they lead you to it. They are also very knowledgeable about what products they have to meet your needs. I have been very impressed every time I have gone here.

Karissa does such a beautiful job with our little dog. He’s always happy to see her, he’s never there long, he seems relaxed and happy when we pick him up. Our experience here is the best we’ve ever had.

We visit HF in Washington Square for all of our dog’s needs. They are very customer oriented! One year I was sick and needed dog food not realizing I was low. It wasn’t possible for me to get out and my husband was away on business! They did not hesitate in delivering! HF in WS will always be our store!
