I love this place. What a great selection, often great sales, bogo's. And outstanding customer service. Specially Josh, he is such a perfect fit for this store. Such great energy, always ready to assist, so knowledgeable, listens.to my concerns, never even slightly bothered by all my questions and always guides me to what aligns with me. He is always my first to go person.there. If he doesn't know, he never hesitates to ask co- worker, supervisor? I love that I can return what my lil mr.picky does not touch, and same time I love the samples, it's been helping me so much to find what each of our babies like. And the new set up inside store. Wow! Way more items, same time so much more room.

We adopted a new doggie and needed a crate. Naz was behind the counter and helped us find just the right product. The store is spotless and has a huge variety of pet (all kinds) products that seem to be of great quality and I thinks affordable! We are definitely going back!

Just adopted a stray the staff fair was so helpful and knowledgeable about picking out shampoos types of food really took the time to explain all the raw dog food types brands, and help me pick out some extremely helpful healthcare items for our new pet

Sadly, this company is slowly losing both a customer and a fur customer. I spend a significant amount of money weekly on my dog, who already has a very limited diet. As you continue to stop carrying essential products, I’m left scrambling to find my dog’s food and supplements elsewhere. The newly redesigned store feels more like a warehouse than a specialty pet store—overcrowded, jam-packed(literally to the ceiling), and chaotic. From a customer’s perspective, it’s overwhelming and far from a warm or welcoming shopping experience. Unfortunately, the staff has also become noticeably unhelpful, which only adds to the frustration. Hollywood Feed, it’s becoming clear that recent decisions are being made based on something other than serving your loyal target market—and that’s disappointing! M

I will first check with the store to see how they want to handle how I was grossly misinformed on a question about a dog food I had purchased. My dog is 110#'s and not the 22# maximum weight listed on the purchased dog food. Mistakes happen. I'll see how they make it right.
