Holly always does a great job cutting our cats dew claws. Her husband is also quite good with the animals. They are passionate about what they do and a great team. Holly has a few other groomers, too. We used to take our lab to her for periodic bathing and brushing until she passed a few years ago. We've tried other groomers over the years, but once we started going to Holly's, we knew we had found a home.

Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. My dog is a nervous little guy, and he is just fine there. Plus , they take walk-ins! Would recommend.

I have been bringing my dog to this groomer for 3 years and the person that groomed my dog left and now they won’t schedule me with anyone that works there! Wished me luck in finding a new groomer! What?! I’m not a NEW client! Very, very poor service. Seriously. Do NOT call this shop for service!

Before even knowing my story they said they arent taking new clients. I am disabled just moved to Lowell and after asking around was told Holly's place was where we should go. I guess it depends who you are . They need to remove their ads if they dont want people's business.
