The vet techs and Dr.Case got used to seeing us every month because our poor Hannibal had really bad arthritis that was progressive. Dr. Case worked closely with us to keep him thriving as long as possible. Which ended up being years longer than we imagined. A few weeks ago we talked with Dr. Case and she helped talk us through the hardest decision we ever had to make. It was time. The bond that Dr. Case and several of the vet techs had with Hannibal is why I would recommend Grand River to anyone. Everyone cried that day. Also, they are always upfront about pricing and let you decide what’s right for your pet. Hannibal was a Mastiff mix and was never treated like a big scary dog. He was always greeted with open arms. We were not a current client. It was an emergency on a Saturday morning. They squeezed us into their already packed schedule to help our dog! You could tell they loved what their job because, they were so kind and caring! We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care our beloved dog received!

Love GRVH! They all have been so kind to our fur babies. We had to send 2 of our senior dogs over the rainbow and everyone at the office was so patient and supportive during that time. We now have 2 new fur babies in our home and will continue going to GRVH!

I've been going to Grand River Veterinary Hospital for many years now. I can't say enough good things about them. All of the vets and staff are very caring and compassionate. Dr. Bobbie is amazing and always goes way above and beyond to give my pet the treatment he needs. I drive over an hour (one way) because the care I receive is so amazing. Absolute best vet around!

My poor old girl was circling the drain. After 14.5 years she was definitely on her way out. We booked her passport to the afterlife with the folks at GRVH and they were like family. The kindness and support they gave us was remarkable. My baby girl went into her next life so gently with her favourite humans by her side. I cried like a baby but wish that my own passing is as kind!!!
