Firstly, I was already working on alternative locations due to my dog suddenly developing severe separation anxiety and aversion to his crate after taking him here. One day when I picked him up I asked to see where he was being kept and found that it was essentially a kennel daycare with limited free range for half the day or more. This place requires a flu vaccine, after we got the first dose, my dog was showing issues with his front legs so we were working on diagnosing that and found he had elbow dysplasia and some shoulder OCD. When we first started bringing our dog here, we essentially got daily email reminders to provide them with my dogs full vet records, apparently they don’t send reminders for expired vaccine records. I used Holliston Meadows to board my Cat for 14 days. Scheduling, checking in and checkout we're all an easy process. The front desk employee was friendly and addressed all my questions. I will definitely use them again for pet boarding needs

The worst grooming experience ever for my dog. My dog was matted and the groomer suggested that we should just remove her hair which I agreed to. When I got back my dog there were many cuts in her body. She had cuts on her face, tail, chest and some marks on her legs. It was such an unprofessional job. My dog scratched the cuts in her face and ended up getting it irritated. I had to take her to a vet which ended up costing me around 250 dollars.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I got my dog back after four nights covered in his own poop. And his elbows and knees were bloody as if he was sleeping on concrete. We also paid for them to groom him, which they clearly didn’t do. They also failed to give my dog the medication that we gave to them and left explicit instructions. If you want to abuse your pet, then leave them with these people. They clearly have no morals and have no business Taking care of any animals. Shame on you all

My senior dog was returned to me covered in feces, blood and extremely dehydrated. it is also obvious that his medicine was not given to him, the medicine bag was returned to me with all the medication i had originally given them to give to my dog. i do not believe they are capable of caring for a living being.
