Banfield Pet Hospital

Buyer beware! They never informed me that my CC expired for their monthly "wellness plan" payment - next thing I know they've put me in collections. Meanwhile, within the year, I'd been to the office three separate times to refill prescriptions, paid in full, and no one notified me of any past due bills. Corporate will not take my calls or even attempt to resolve this. I made a formal complaint to the Secretary of State's office. Poor business practices. Go anywhere else but Banfield!

Overall, the experience has been fine at this location. Techs and doctors were always good to work with. Banfield itself is TERRIBLE. We signed a contract for our dog to receive discounts for annual check ups, vaccines, etc. Our dog then unexpectedly DIED. We however are expected to still pay for this contract for the next 10 months. A contract is a contract, however the lack of empathy with this COMPANY is disgusting. Again Banfield in Holliston is fine for basic care, however DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM.

I have nothing but good words to speak of banfeild Holliston. We have brought our 11 year old German shepherd here since 2020 after a bad experience at another vet, they have taken care of him every time something comes up. I took in my grandparents 12 year old cat 1.5 years ago and started noticing she was having issues recently, after yet another bad experience at a different vet, I decided to bring her to banfield Holliston. They were so caring for her and took her right in and although the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear, they were so compassionate and supportive of which ever path we took for her. Laying out all the pros and cons and giving us multiple options. After trying a few things, she unfortunately got worse and decided to go the humane euthanasia route while she was on a sl

Omgosh, where do I begin. From the moment I walked in in tears with my sick kitty. The receptionist hopped up and alerted the vet techs and Dr something was terribly wrong. They immediately took the kitty did some tests and determined she needed surgery. They helped me acquire the needed funds, and she had surgery the next morning. They saved my kitty's life and I could not be more grateful and thankful for all their concern and love they put into saving her life and also dealing with me. I have been a member of Banfield for both my Cat and Dog for many many years. Today was the first emergency I have ever had. While my local office in Leominster would not see me and advised me to seek emegency treatment. They showed no compassion or care of my Pet I proceeded to call 3 other Banfields. The fist one in Northborough looked at the schdule of all of them and advised me on two others that may have availability and despite them having 24 pets coming in said if I could not find one to call her back. Holliston who doctor was in surgery made room for my cat. They treated her with love and care from the front dest to the doctor who called to discuss options. I could not be more thank ful for the care they showed. Sometimes that is all people need.
