Highlands Animal Hospital

I’ve been going to Highlands Animal Hospital for many years, and there has never been a single staff member or veterinarian that I have not been absolutely delighted with. From the front desk to the clinical areas, every person there is very patient, kind and seems to truly love what they do. Thank you to all the doctors and staff there for taking care of us through the good times and bad times throughout the years.

I have brought several pets here over the years and had no issues. Most recently, we brought in our cat who had labored breathing. It was my first time meeting Dr George and he was very caring and thorough. I see wonderful reviews from others about him and understand why. A few weeks after treatment, my cat had another episode and I had to take him to an emergency vet and he later passed. I had not notified Highlands yet but received a very nice card from Dr George, which was much appreciated. I'm assuming the emergency vet notified them. My only issue here is that staff seem rushed and disconnected at times. I brought my cat in for urgent care and called in advance. While my cat was in his carrier with breathing issues and panting, the tech was looking at the screen going through his lis

We had a emergency with our Bailey dog. Dr.George and other Dr.sorry we didn't get your name and tech Tony . Also, ladies at front desk. We want to say sincerely thank you for your quick response this morning 7:00 AM we thank thank you our pittie bailey is now resting and will be resting for next 3wk. We highly recommend Dr.George and the techs and all personel of Sebastian highlands.

I brought my kitten in two days in a row to get vaccines on day and to get fixed the next day. The entire staff was so kind and friendly. They were incredibly sweet to my kitten and he is as happy as can be the day he came home after surgery. They were so sweet to my little guy and so informative with me on how to care for him for the first 24 hours after surgery. They also took care of my dog when he had cancer a few years ago and made him comfortable before he passed away. Thank you to everyone there!

Sadly, one of the worst experiences ever. Office staff HIGHLY unprofessional. Deceitful, unethical, downright liars. I simply cannot put it any other way. One staff member blatantly forged my signature on what they called a “” medical “release” form saying it was ok to give vaccines to my dogs. This form was dated one day AFTER I picked up my dogs. A release should be dated the day of drop off!!! They lied telling me they never received records sent from my vet for boarding vaccines-I showed up with proof that the vet sent them over a month prior. They STILL had the nerve to deny they got them!!! They also lied saying they tried calling me to get permission -I did not receive any calls from them or messages!!! and if I “signed a release”……why call for permission! Which is it? You wouldn’
