Night and day experience between this pet hospital and another local clinic which shall remain nameless. Highland treated me and my pet with great care and respect. Dr Poet was very knowledgeable and recommended prebiotic which has tremendously helped my cats. Sarah and Blaine did a wonderful job with Sammy's lion cut! He loves himself so much and is so happy! Everyone from front desk to back office was wonderful!

LOVE this place! If you see negative reviews from people in California complaining about teeth cleaning, they're obviously talking about a different clinic - how frustrating that must be. Dr Poet is wonderful and took amazing care of my son's bunny and our dogs. Highly recommend.

The staff here are very nice to talk to and informative so that is amazing. But I just got my conures feathers and nails trimmed and was told they were clipped to look aesthetically pleasing and allowing her to glide at least, and instead got my bird back with her outter feathers cut straight across(not flight feathers), and a really short nail clipping. It seems other people have also had issues with wing clippings here so I would recommend not coming here for that. I was also called while I was in the parking lot and charged $9.50 on a seperate fee from the exam fee for the phone call when we sitting in the parking lot as instructed, if we couldve walked inside, there wouldnt have been a $9.50 charge for talk to my face🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I couldn’t ask for a better place to bring my fur babes. Dr.Poet and her team are beyond amazing and I am so incredibly thankful for everyone here. Her team has taken care of our dogs, bearded dragon and rat. Thank you team for all your kindness and everything you do to make sure our pets are well taken care of and loved.

I have two Rabbits who I recently took to see Dr. Poet and staff at Highland. I had a wonderful experience. I have seen a few vets over the years for them, and Dr. Poet was the most thorough in explanation and treated them so well. My girl had to have dental and it ended up being much more affordable in comparison to a previous vet I had them done at. I’m so happy to have found a vet that is both knowledgeable and one I can see without worrying about cost as much. After my girl got her dental, Dr. Poet looked over her x-rays with me and talked how my rabbit was doing. This was so appreciated and not something I had experienced before. I’d definitely suggest them if you have Rabbits.
