Very neglectful. Talks to pet owners like idiots, laughs at them, talks very condescendingly if you make a simple mistake like the forgetting the name of your pet’s veterinarian. I completely stopped taking both my dogs here because I genuinely felt like my dogs were unsafe there with the way these groomers treated pet owners. It seems like they hate what they do and take it out on pets / their owners. Find a different groomer because this place does not care about the safety or well being of your pets.

My dog had no problem with me touching his paws and rubbing my personal shaver over his nails . I took him in there for his nails . They wouldn't let me near him during the process. He did fine with his front paws , but was OBVIOUSLY uncomfortable with his rear paws as 2 of them penned him against the wall . They still wouldn't let me in with him , so I told them to stop . Now he won't let me touch his paws at all . Highly unrecommend these people . Thank you for all you undid .

We got 2 puppies that are 6 months old and I took them to there 1st beauty parlor appointment yesterday. Crystal took real good care of them and did an amazing job. I will be taking them back for there 2nd getting familiar appointment… I like how she takes her time with the girls so they get used to it and won’t be so nervous & scared to be there.

Absolutely friendly and great at what she does. Will definitely be back!

Took great care of my Freddie. I wish I took a before pic. He looked like the Shaggy DA, except smaller. I love the way he looks and he is super soft. They come out to your car and pick up/drop off your pet. I like that.
