I want to start by acknowledging that the staff here is always friendly and welcoming. However, during my most recent visit, I brought my Goldendoodle in to have his ear checked. When discussing treatment options, I was told I could either take home a treatment to administer daily for about a week, or choose an in-clinic treatment that could be completed the same day for the same price. Since the in-clinic option seemed more convenient, I chose that one and was told only that I needed to keep his ear dry for the treatment to be effective. When my dog was returned to me after the procedure, I was informed that I would need to come back the following week for a second part of the treatment, which would incur an additional charge. At no point during the initial explanation of treatment option

This is the place. There is no other veterinarian facility in my book. Thank you Dr. Purser, high-quality veterinarians, and all-important staff.

Overpriced, the bold Dr not professional everyone else ok. I sent my puppy for grooming and they wanted to put him to sleep because they could not cut the head hair. I took it at a different grooming next day and no problem

You can't go wrong at this location. All of the staff are very helpful and kind. My dog actually loves going to the doctor because of how she is treated here. In my own experience, Dr. Teal actually saved my dog's life. I had taken my dog to Urgent Care where I was told she'd be fine. And when I contacted her primary, I was told to bring her in immediately. After reviewing her X-rays, finally she was rushed to surgery. My dog had been suffering for a few days and it would've ended fatally had Dr. Teal and radiology not paid close attention to my previous concern. Immediately after surgery my dog is now eating again and acting normal. I thank everyone here for the care my pup received.

The staff here is fantastic. Everyone is warm and caring. I have brought my cat and dog here. On the visit with my dog the staff was so gentle with my boy and Dr. Saenz was very thorough and informative on my dog's exam. Everything was communicated clearly, all the pricing was explained upfront before even beginning anything. Great place to bring your fur babies!
