My initial experience with High Ridge Animal Hospital was satisfactory. I visited because my dog was experiencing severe itching, and they prescribed Apoquel, which I administered to my dog. After the medication was exhausted, I opted for a more expensive treatment option, obtaining a one-month-lasting injection. However, after fifteen days, my dog continued to be excessively itchy. Today, I observed that my dog had probably been itching himself throughout the day, and I intended to pick up more medication before the establishment’s closing time, as my dog remains uncomfortable. The representative who responded to my call was quite impolite and informed me that I would need to wait until the following day due to the unavailability of a veterinarian. We've moved about an hour away and still make the trek to High Ridge because we love the staff, trust the doctors, and appreciate the environment! Our dog is always excited to go to the Vet and leaves a happier than he came. Thank you to everyone at High Ridge for making us feel like Family and giving us the best care.

I cannot think of a better animal hospital to bring your furry loved one. From the front staff to the vet techs to the vets, every single person is so knowledgeable in giving your pet the best care. I have been going here for years for my two female dogs. The doctors are AMAZING and my girls love them! My smaller yorkie just had surgery and had all her teeth removed.
