Hidden Hills Animal Hospital

We are new to the area needing to get established with a Vet and have Ellie caught up with her shots. Everyone was very kind and attentive with a short wait time. Ellie went right in the back with the vet tech without looking back leading me to think she felt safe, which is a big deal as she is a puppy mill rescue. Dr Parker was kind and patient, explaining everything and making sure we understood. The office is clean and freedom odors and checkout was seamless. I loved our vet down south who was also a longstanding friendly neighborhood office, this was the best choice I could have made!

Staff is always very friendly! They were so kind to us when we had to put our sweet Charlotte down months ago. Fast forward to our shot appt for our new pup and thy still remembered Charlotte and were so kind to our new puppy.

Dr. Ross and the staff have been absolutely incredible to Daisy and Whisper… and their prices are unbeatable. Love having them around the corner and will stick with them no matter where we are in Jacksonville!

Dr. Parker is amazing with all of guinea pigs! She is my go to vet for all needs and care. Highly recommended.

We just moved and decided to try hidden hills animal hospital as it is right down the road from us. Fantastic care and communication from Vet Ross and tech Kayla! They are so sweet and did a very thorough exam on my boy. They made sure my toddler was comfortable during our appointment by letting her use their markers and having coloring pages for her to keep her occupied and content. Thank you so much for providing amazing service and quality care during our time exam!
