I have been using Hickman Road Veterinary Clinic since I moved to Iowa in 2016, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with their practice and staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and heard. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about animals, which is evident in how they care for each pet that comes through their doors. Dr. Thatcher always takes the time to educate me on every stage of my pet's life, and her team follows up in ways that I wish my human doctor's staff did! I have had a lot of pets through the years and many vets due to traveling for work, this place is the best. The staff is always kind, Dr. Thatcher is patient and smart. It’s not hard to get an appointment and the prices aren’t bad at all.
