Hermosa Animal Hospital: Overturf Kimberley DVM

They didn't refer me immediately to emergency, they tried to do labs and subcutaneous fluids to my cat but they couldn't hold him. He just suffered, cause they tried and tried and my poor baby was extremely weak by then, he just wasted his last energy fighting with them. I returned to the room and my baby was in his carrier with a towel that I brought especially for him, covering his carrier. I asked them not to use their own towels since they have a strong detergent smell, but they didn't listen. My cat was smelly with the horrible odor their towels have. I don't recommend this place at all. Be careful and look for a different vet.

I really want to say Thankyou to everyone at HAH. Dr Lieble takes the time to make sure you understand what’s going on with your pet. From the time I walked in We felt welcome. The staff was friendly and made Boomer feel relaxed. My Berner means everything to me. He’s been there since I was diagnosed with cancer. He’s helped through thick and thin. Everyone here treats him like there own. I’m sure they will do the same for your best buddy also. Remember if you have to wait a bit on the phone or in the lobby don’t sweat it. Who would you rather have looking after the well-being of your best friend. The vet that’s never busy? Or the one where all those great people are working through lunch right up till dinner time?? Great people with great customer service. They really care about people and their pets either on the phone or in-person. The building has free parking and specious waiting room. All in all my experience with them was great. So I highly recommend them.

I have gone to Hermosa Animal Hospital since 1993 when I got my first Lab, Astro. Dr. Doane and Dr. Liebel are simply amazing. I take my pet care very seriously and they have helped with all of my dogs since. To give you an idea just how much I trust them, I moved 88 miles away, tried a vet where i moved to because of the convenience and they did not even get in the same planet as Kim and Steve and I moved to an area where there should be great veterinarians. Go to Hermosa Animal Hospital, see either Kim or Steve. Also, the staff is second to none, they call back when they say they will, they do secondary calls to check up on your pet. Dr. Liebl is the most compassionate, Kind, loving, intelligent, Vet I’ve ever met, and Funny Too‼️ 🐾🐈🐈‍⬛🦮🐩🐕🐕‍🦺 He’s literally the Best Vet, with a Heart of Gold, he always has your pets Best interest at heart and not trying to gouge you for money, it’s always about what’s the best for your pet, Adored him and his Staff Forever ♾ We’re Lucky to have him in the So Bay, the world and our Pets are Blessed to have him period ‼️🙌♥️
