Hermitage Cat Shelter

Absolutely adore Hermitage. It is a place that feels like home, and you can't help but walk in and feel the comfort and love that all of the cats experience. Their setup allows nervous cats to find safe and quiet spaces, but also allows them to learn to be more outgoing over time because they get to be friendly on their terms. Not in tiny kennels and forced to be pet or messed with. Their medical area is also incredible, with the best doctor, and the most knowledgeable and kind veterinary staff. This place is one of a kind, and takes the responsibility of caring for so many living creatures very seriously. I tell everyone I know about Hermitage, and I'm so thankful for all 4 of my cats that I've brought home from here.

As a cat lover, I enjoy visiting this shelter to spend time with these beautiful felines. As a nonprofit organization, they do an incredible job of caring for these pets. However, they are currently facing a challenging situation due to insufficient funding. Therefore, I urge more people to come forward and assist the Hermitage Cat Shelter in ensuring the continued sheltering of these precious cats.

I adore this place. Open air areas, lots of room for the 'kids' to run and play. Every one of the cats there is well taken care of, and the staff is pleasant. One of my babies came from there when she was barely 2 years old, and she's 15 now. The beautiful Ms. Ariadne!

I got my kitten here yesterday and she is amazing! They are a phenomenal adoption facility and I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to adopt, their process isn't too difficult but you will need to provide personal information so they know that the cats/kittens would be going to a home that can care and love the cats/kittens properly 💜 These people are amazing!

Love love love all the kitty's. Great set up for all the kitty's. It's like hotel living for Pets. I love visiting them all. I may be adopting 2 kitten's. The employees and volunteer's are always tending to the cats. Great living conditions. All the cats seem to get along great, it's amazing. I'll be back again and again.
