When I needed (almost) urgent care for my daughters 4H rabbit, Heritage was my savior. I was turned away by local emergency & urged to go UC Davis. The injury did not appear that severe. By morning, I felt strongly he needed to be seen, but UC Davis?? At that point I was not a current client of Heritage, but I called through, bypassed their auto-scheduling and spoke with someone who listened & made me feel like they cared. After a brief hold, I was offered an appointment that day. As it turned out, this was a blessing. Our bunny needed attention & we got it!! Heritage has fantastic staff, Amazing Doctors and a modern system that allows for communication via text & email. My family and pets have been going to Heritage for over twenty years at least, and they are wonderful. It is a small place, but feels very homey compared to most veterinarian hospitals. The staff and doctors have always been extremely kind and knowledgeable, they treat us like family and our dogs (and other pets) like their own. Prices are high just like any other vet, but they do try to keep it down as much as possible and don’t sneak in any hidden charges. They will always return calls and go above and beyond to give you help and advice over the phone free of charge. The doctors do excellent work, compared to larger even more expensive hospitals, and are capable of doing all sorts of complex surgical procedures. Very nice experience! They were all very friendly & they all seemed to care about my cat. Didn’t feel rushed at all & were very welcoming. Price also felt reasonable I will definitely bring my pets here again.

Very impressed with the Vet and the entire staff. Personable care, and you can tell the passion for animals health and wellbeing. I am beyond happy with the service, and how my doggo was treated.

I bounced around vets in Sonoma county for a while before finding Heritage, and I couldn't be happier. The staff takes great care of their patients. Dr. Navarro in particular is excellent, both with me as a parent and with my cats. She explains everything clearly so that I can make informed decisions for my pets.
