wow! this company has amazing customer service. we had a small animal nipple with a defect in our recent order and I sent them a note letting them know. they replied to my email in less than 20 minutes. then sent a replacement over night! I didn't expect that at all, but am very impressed and appreciative! oh! also, our little guy LOVES the picky blocks. this was his first taste of real food, he loves them, and he was like 'where have you been all my life!' lol

I came back to wildlife rehabilitation after a 28 year hiatus and am super happy to see the progress made with MBD in baby squirrels. My female gray LOVES the Henry's blocks! Shipping is fast.. five star!

They sent me a free sampler pack for our little guy to try out (we’ve been rehabilitating this baby squirrel, whom we named Gravy, and for going on 5 months now, we found him as a baby). I ordered the next few bags, and one was stolen right off my porch! I emailed them and they went the extra mile and sent me another one free of charge. This is a brand you can trust, because their product is high quality and their customer service is unmatched! Will never NOT order Henry’s as long as this little guy is around!
