Heartsong Spay and Neuter Clinic

The lady that works here is the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever met in my entire life. She literally locked the doors on us and yelled at us instead of coming to the door when we were just a few minutes past our appointment time due to an emergency. She then lied about how late we were and when I said that I was wearing a watch on my wrist, she just walked to the back of the office and around the corner. She needs to find a different profession or just retire altogether. Nobody should be working a job if she hates it this much.

I tried everyday for two weeks to obtain my pets medical records and no one was ever there, even at the times they said they were open, so they closed and now I have no way to get his records

Looks like the place is closed. If anyone knows different please post.

Staff has always been helpful and courteous.
