We’ve taken our dog here once and they completely shaved her, she’s a doodle and she was not matted but they still shaved her. We thought we’d give them another chance so we got her in last minute. They told us to bring her in at 7:30am because we didn’t have an appt. Then when we got there they turned us away because we didn’t have an appointment. The older lady at the desk admitted that she was the one who told me to come in and still didn’t attempt to make it right. And she was rude to me and my husband. We’re business owners so the way businesses handle customer service is important to us. In short, we will not be back.

Walked in for grooming and daycare for my 2 small dogs. The staff was super friendly, prices were reasonable and my dogs came home happy, so fresh & so clean. My babies absolutely love coming here! Thanks!

We started bringing Lilly here last year for daycare because of her severe separation anxiety while we were away at work, and very quickly, the staff made us feel like family! They love her like she is their own, and it is absolutely priceless to know that your baby is safe while you're away. Lilly loves going to see her friends, and I can see just how happy she is when I drop her off and pick her up! They have our full trust, and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of us.

I don't usually leave reviews on places but this has been bothering me for months so here i am. When i first dropped him off i had already expressed my concern with groomers not communicating with the owners about the course of action they will take when it comes to handling my pet. I do not like finding out something happened when i pick up my pet. I took my dog in to get a wash and cut down. They did not take too long to get this accomplished so i was pleased. I get a call to pick him up and upon arrival the front office team is tells me he did well and that he looks good. As i wait i pay my fee of above $100 because he is a doodle and i get he needs a certain kind of cut. The other team member brings him and tells me she cut his nails but one cracked while she was cutting it so she stop

This is my first time back here in years after living out of the country for a while. I first called after hours and for a call back about 30 minutes later. Told them what I wanted and he told me to “come on at 7:30am Friday”. I was there and was greeted and also helped by several of the staff members. I’ll continue to bring my poodle back, and continue To give Great reviews on this business. Thank you again for Taking care of Ivy’s first grooming. #StandardPoodle #AKC
