This team has made a huge difference to our large entergetic rescue dog's behavior and take amazing care of him every time he boards. I highly recommend the board and train program which is great value and has excellent results. Every time we collect him he's happy, exhausted and well behaved! (other places he would come home clearly having been overwhelmed after too much action and not enough supervision, even fearful around his food) Hearts and Paws looked after our pup while our baby was being born and trained him to go to his bed when he hears the baby cry. I had just called to try to book a private lesson for my puppy and I could not hear the lady talking so I kindly told her I cannot hear you two times and each time she got more and more of an attitude the last time I said, I still can’t hear you. She spoke up but very aggressive and very rude. You just lost a customer Because of her rudeness in her attitude, Maybe don’t let her answer the phones if she’s gonna be rude. My puppy will never come here because if you’re rude to me over the phone and don’t even know me, what are you doing to these dogs behind our backs🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

My daughter has attended summer camps at H&P four yeas in a row. Children and dogs love it! Camps are great for kids who love the family dog, but the dog loves mom (or dad) best. They get a chance to bond and practice communication (canine and human!).

The staff at Hearts and Paws are so kind and I feel that they genuinely care about my dog. They are always there if we are in a bind and need last minute care. We also took our dog to their puppy kindergarten class, and they were wonderful there as well.

We've primarily used Hearts and Paws for dog classes.. We started with their more advanced obedience class which was great to get some more training outside of normal puppy training classes. The trainers were fantastic. We also took our pup to their beginner agility class and had a blast. Our dog really liked it and we've learned a lot. Tons of patience on Kelly's side, but really great. Excited to come back after COVID to continue!
