We couldn’t be happier with Healthy Paws. Our dog was a rescue who came to us as a tri-pawd. Two years after his adoption he ended up having a severe infection in his stump. Healthy paws found, that on top of the infection, his original amputation wasn’t done correctly and his femur bone, which should have been removed, was left inside and was pointy, thus hurting him from the inside. They not only treated the infection but they gave him surgery to remove the bone. He is now fully healed and is like a new dog! He has been more playful than ever before. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for your veterinary care!

I have been a patient at Healthy Paws since I moved out here in 2016. Dr. Fullerton sees my pups and I can't say enough good things about her. In 2022 we had to put my 12.5 year old golden retriever down. It was my first time having to do this myself. I had lost pets before, but this was my first dog while living on my own, so I really didn't know what to expect. There wasn't any rush at all. The staff made it safe and beautiful for my little girls to be able to say good bye to their best friend. The staff entertained my little kids while Dr Fullerton sat with me on the floor with Beatrice. She went so peacefully. I was so scared it would be a cold and sad process but it wasn't. We just moved from South Florida up to Massachusetts. We could not be more happier to have found Healthy Paws Westborough. The entire staff is so warm and caring. The office is super clean. The doctors and techs are beyond wonderful. If you want excellent care - we highly recommend Healthy Paws! ❤️🐾

Lucy got spayed yesterday. Dr. Sainte and the whole staff were so wonderful. You were so sweet to my baby girl, called and updated me as soon as she was done, gave such thorough instructions and answered all my questions which gave me piece of mind. You called this morning and checked on her, and the vet tech assisting even sent pics of her in recovery because she was being so cute and said she had a Beyonce moment with her hair blowing from the heating fan. Totally made my day. Love this office full of great people who really love our pets! I would never go anywhere else.

Everyone there is so Welcoming and very helpful and compassionate. They do a fantastic follow ups to make sure your pet is doing OK and needs nothing further. They are very very caring. My fur babies get the best care there between the best vets and vet technicians that I would never take them any place else and that says a lot if I trust someone with my fur babies.
