Head Over Tails

Loretta is awesome at head over tails grooming. Very reasonable pricing compared to other groomers I’ve been too. She always puts these cute little scarfs on my dog and it always goes with the season or holiday. I also love the picture she takes of my dog at the end of his grooming. I can tell she really takes good care of my dog in the times she has him. He always looks so good, and smells so good as well. I highly recommend taking your dog to get groomed here with Loretta at head over tails grooming.

I honestly enjoyed this place at first and I am actually saddened to make this review. I first want to start out with that I am not perfect. I am a young adult , new to juggling 2 jobs with a lot of traveling. There were times that I have been late, or forgetting about an appointment. Although, even with my imperfections, Loretta has gave me a lot of grace and I truly appreciated that. There were times i’ve given her grace as well with the a few cuts on my dogs after appointments, and also left my dogs toe nails uncut. Wednesday, I see a promotion text with $25 special for the holidays, I text her to book an appointment. When I got to the appointment, we discussed before I left what I wanted done. When she was finished she left be a text saying there were complications and my total is now

Loretta is very friendly, caring, professional and quick, not 2 hours or more like other places. Our dog always looks and smells great afterwards. Her prices are reasonable compared to other groomers. I would highly recommend her for your fur baby.

Loretta does a fantastic job grooming our three dogs! She gets them done timely and consistently every time and we know they are in good hands. She even dog sat a friends dog for over a month for us when they had a family emergency and didn’t get along with one of our dogs. She has become more than a groomer and is a good friend and much appreciated!
