Hayden Pet Medical Center has been absolutely wonderful. Dr. Blum is truly amazing with our dogs — incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire experience feel calm and reassuring, especially with our two Rottweilers (ages 12 and 6), which means a lot to us. From start to finish, the care and attention we received were top-notch. Dr. Blum took the time to explain everything clearly and treated our dogs with so much compassion. The rest of the staff has also been consistently helpful, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. We’re so grateful to have such a great veterinary team and highly recommend Hayden Pet Medical Center to anyone looking for excellent care and genuinely kind people.

The service here is unmatched. We have been bringing our dog here for years, and recently put my cat down after her health took a rapid decline. I had my best friend for over 10 of her almost 19 years of life. She was my soul. This loss while also going through postpartum has been the hardest thing ive ever experienced. Receiving a beautiful plant from here today was not only unexpected, but the kindest thing ive ever seen from a business. To the staff here, you will never know how much that small, im sure regular, act of kindness meant to me and my family ❤️

We took our beloved Sophie, Bernese mountain dog, 12 years old and could no longer use her hind legs, the medicine wasn't working anymore and she was in pain...it was time, but incredibly hard to take her in to the vet. They all were so kind and gave us all the time we needed to say good-bye. They gave me chocolate kisses to give to her and she loved them!!! who knew?!! When we were ready, they gave her a shot that took about 10 minutes to make her sleepy, but she still responded to our voices. When she was asleep, they started an IV and gave her the rest of the medicine. She didn't suffer, just went peacefully over the rainbow bridge where I pray we see her again. The team at Hayden Pet Medical Center were amazing with accommodating a pick up, exam and drop off of my client's cat. The original appointment I made was lost but they were still able to see her that day and went above and beyond to make sure my client understood what was happening and when her cat would be returned. The staff that picked her cat up was kind and caring to both my client and her cat. The exam was done fast, the results and charges were clearly explained and reasonable. I cannot thank their team enough for their understanding, compassion and willingness to accommodate my client and her cat. Thank you!
