Worst experience of my life…. I brought my baby boy there to be cremated. He was wrapped in a blanket and had his favorite shirt on. When I picked up his custom urn, his name, along with mine, was misspelled. In addition, they failed to return his blanket and shirt which were very precious to me. Did they simply throw it in with him??? I don’t even care if I win, I WILL be filing a breach of contract claim. Do not send your pets to this place. They have utter disregard for you or your pet.

Amazing services. Recently moved to them as our full-time vet for our boxer. He loves going to see the crew at Hawthorne. They take such good care of our fur baby.

Took my Maltese here found out he had bladder Stones, Dr Melissa Kane took great care of him, surgery went great we are 9 days out from surgery and he's almost himself again. Tyvm for taking care of my Lil man Beebs..Dr Melissa Kane. Sandy Forer
