Called a month ago about collided wood shavings and was told to check back. Checked back and Joni says, “yeah we don’t have any” then hangs up. Terrible customer service apparently. Was looking to buy a semi load of shavings but I wouldn’t buy from these folks. Plenty of other places out there that want the business.
One of your drivers just drove through my town (Collins, Ia) approximately 25mph over the speed limit of 35mph. SLOW THEM DOWN. I don't think anyone needs wood shavings that fast.
Been dealing with Joe for years, don't care to buy bedding from anyone else. Good folks, good product.
They do not return phone calls at all. I will not give my business to anyone that can not even return a simple phone call.
Great customer service.
