Little to no selection of aquatic fish. Guy behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to answer questions. When asked if he had experience in fish keeping he said no. Rather spend my money elsewhere.

Place was ok....owner was pretty opionated about a certain product....some marine supplies in stock.....

I shopped around town for my first ever saltwater fish tank. I found Jacob at Exotic Aquariums to be the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and polite. Jacobs customer service exceeds the other shops I checked out. All of my questions were answered with a smile. Exotic Aquarium installed my tank and will come every month to service it. The pricing is great as well. Stop in and look around. They will be happy to order in any fish you are needing. Highly recommend.

Not only was Jacob polite and professional, he was very thorough and did not leave any mess behind. He was great about explaining everything and I found him to be pleasant to talk with. He is also understanding. He has cleaned my tanks for about a year now, and I'm completely satisfied. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny. when I first got my fish tanks I had no idea how to take care of them. I have learned a lot from Jacob over this last year. You wont regret it.

First time I came into the store, I was looking to be a first time fish owner with lots of (probably dumb) questions. The owner was very helpful, answered me thoroughly and helped me carry everything out to my car. He advised me on every part of concern I should have, now come a couple of months later, I have a very happy betta. Went in today looking for an algae eater, and came out happily with a new pleco and pointers on how to make sure it stays healthy. I have always been greeted with a smile. Personable man, amazing store. I don’t think I will go anywhere else for my fish needs, and for fun treats for my dogs on the way out!
