I went there this evening to buy a tank for an axolotl we will be getting soon. The woman (she said she usually works in the Delhi location) that waited on me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered my countless questions and even carried my tank to the car for me. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she definitely went above and beyond. Thanks for being so helpful!

I got pet Rats here! Workers are super sweet. Clean. They have a cute store cat.

They seem like they take very well care of the animals. I will let you know don’t think there going to be friendly no one welcomed me into the store on top of that they had a puppy in a glass case I had my baby in my hand we walked over to look at it and the puppy jumped up and grabbed onto my shirt after 3 minutes this younger girl walked over pulled him off of me I said thank you. She then proceeded to walk over to the counter and say to her coworker “ if your going to put your hand in a dog cage pull your sleeve up stupid people” in this moment it took everything I had to not be like excuse me. I just had to walk away….. I’m all about costumer service after years of working in different environments and this place is not it.

I LOVE this pet store. The staff is always super helpful and kind and they have a huge selection. They carry the fish food I need and so much more. Not to mention I adore pet stores that have a “store pet”, such as theirs! Her name is Winter and she is so sweet, I can’t wait to go back and see her again! Side note, they’ve got majorly cute bandannas for pets that are $0.99!!
